Your documents, in a private workspace

Every saved review and source download is checked against the signed-in account. Documents are stored outside the public website folder. Payment records are kept in the dedicated MeltLedger Stripe account.

Account and connection protection

Production connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, session cookies are restricted to secure connections, and email verification is required before account access. Login and upload limits help protect against abuse. Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices.

AI is an explicit step

Manual PDF review runs in your browser. AI analysis sends the original PDF to OpenAI only when you select it and confirm the action. Its suggestions remain unreviewed until you check them. See our privacy notice for provider processing and retention.

Continuity and exports

The application has its own service account, memory and CPU limits, document storage cap and recovery copies. Recovery copies on the same server are not protection against total server loss. Keep your original supplier documents and download CSV or evidence JSON for important records.
