Terms of service

1. Your agreement

MeltLedger is intended for professional document review. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your organization. Keep your login private: the plan covers one named user. Contact support if you need a different arrangement.

2. What the service does

MeltLedger provides a PDF review workspace, optional AI extraction, source references, shipment reference comparisons, saved review snapshots and exports. AI suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Check every value against the original before relying on it. A reviewed field is your confirmation, not an independent certification.

The service does not determine grade equivalence, verify physical goods, authenticate signatures, or guarantee customs acceptance. You remain responsible for the documents you submit and the decisions you make.

3. Trial and monthly plan

The trial includes 5 unique certificates with no payment card required. The paid plan costs €49 per month in EUR for one user and 100 new certificates per monthly billing period. The final total is displayed before payment. Subscription renews monthly until canceled.

A certificate is one unique original PDF successfully analyzed with AI or saved. Reopening that original or saving another version of its review does not consume another certificate. Limits are 10 MB and 10 pages per PDF, 20 manually entered shipment lines per review, and 100 saved review snapshots per workspace. Delete or export old snapshots to make room. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over.

New processing pauses at the allowance limit; there are no automatic overage charges. Reasonable request and storage limits protect availability. We may temporarily pause AI or uploads during capacity or provider outages. Previously saved reviews and exports remain available whenever the service is operational.

4. Payment and cancellation

Stripe processes payments and manages payment details. You can cancel renewal in your billing portal before the next billing date. Your paid entitlement continues until the period ends. Cancellation does not automatically delete your saved reviews. No new renewal payment is taken after a completed cancellation.

For billing errors, service problems or refund requests, contact billing@emdrsuite.com. Mandatory cancellation, refund and consumer rights, where applicable, are not excluded by these terms.

5. Appropriate use and data

Do not upload unlawful material, expose another person's confidential information without authority, share an account, interfere with other users, or bypass service limits. You authorize processing of your documents solely to deliver the features you request. Our privacy notice describes storage and optional AI processing.

6. Availability and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to operate and protect the service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Keep your source documents and export important reviews. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Changes and contact

Material changes to price or terms will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal. You can cancel before that renewal. For disputes or account closure, contact support first. These terms are subject to applicable Spanish law without limiting mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights.
